  • Are mobile notary services legal in Texas?
Yes, mobile notary services are fully legal in Texas. As a commissioned notary public, I am authorized to travel to you and notarize documents in person at your home, office, or any location of your choosing.
  • Do I need to be present when my document is notarized?
Yes. The signer must appear in person before the notary at the time of notarization. This is required by Texas law to verify your identity and witness your signature.
  • How much do your notary services cost?
Fees vary depending on the type of document, number of signatures, travel distance, and any rush or after-hours requests. Contact me directly for a custom quote based on your needs.

  • What types of loan documents can you notarize?
I can assist with a wide range of loan types, including: FHA and VA loans Conventional mortgages Home Equity Loans (HELOCs) Reverse mortgages SBA loans Refinance packages Buyer and seller real estate transactions
  • Do you explain the loan documents to the signer?
While I am not an attorney and cannot offer legal advice, I can guide you through the documents, point out where to sign, and explain the general purpose of each form. If you have specific legal or financial questions, I recommend contacting your lender or closing agent.
  • Do you return the signed documents to the lender?
Yes. I ensure all documents are properly completed, signed, and notarized, then promptly return them to the lender or title company via overnight delivery or scanned back, depending on their instructions.
  • How long does a loan signing appointment take?
Most loan signings take between 45 to 75 minutes, depending on the number of documents and any questions the signer may have.
  • Can you accommodate multiple signers or co-borrowers?

  • Are your services available for home closings?
Absolutely! I regularly assist with home purchase and sale closings, working closely with title companies, escrow officers, and lenders to provide seamless signing appointments.
  • What is an apostille?
An apostille is a certification issued by the Secretary of State that authenticates the signature and seal of a Texas notary public, public official, or other document for use in a foreign country that is part of the Hague Apostille Convention.
  • When do I need an apostille?
You’ll need an apostille if you’re sending official Texas documents (like birth certificates, marriage certificates, diplomas, or notarized legal paperwork) to another country that is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention. It verifies that your documents are legally recognized abroad.
  • Can I get an apostille in Dallas-Fort Worth?
Apostilles in Texas are only issued by the Texas Secretary of State in Austin. While you can't receive one directly in DFW, I offer full-service apostille handling—which includes preparing, notarizing (if required), and overnighting your documents to Austin for processing.
  • How does your apostille service work?
Once I receive your document(s), here's how the process works: Review & Notarize (if needed) – I’ll ensure your document meets the requirements or notarize it if necessary. Overnight to Austin – Your document is shipped via overnight courier to my trusted partner in Austin who walks it directly into the Texas Secretary of State office. Apostille Issued – The Secretary of State authenticates the document. Overnight Return – The completed apostille is overnighted back to you or delivered in person if you're local.
  • How long does the apostille process take?
With my expedited walk-in service to the Texas Secretary of State, most apostilles are completed and returned within 2–3 business days. Standard processing (by mail only) can take several weeks, which is why my hand-delivery option is the fastest and most reliable for DFW clients.
  • What types of documents can be apostilled?
Common documents that can receive an apostille include: Birth, marriage, and death certificates Divorce decrees Adoption paperwork School transcripts and diplomas Power of attorney Affidavits and sworn statements Business documents such as corporate resolutions or certificates of formation
  • Do all documents need to be notarized first?
Not all. Some official state documents (like vital records) are issued by government agencies and do not require notarization. However, many personal or business documents will need to be notarized before they can be apostilled. I’ll guide you through the correct preparation.
  • Can you notarize and submit the documents for me?
Yes! I offer full-service apostille facilitation, including notarization (if needed), courier coordination, and tracking. You don’t have to navigate the process alone—I handle it from start to finish for your convenience and peace of mind.
  • What countries accept apostilles?
Apostilles are accepted in countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention. If your destination country is not part of the convention, a different authentication process is required, and I can advise you on that as well.
  • What areas do you serve for apostille pickup or drop-off?
I’m based in Tarrant County and serve the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Dallas, Ellis, Johnson, Denton, and Collin counties. I also offer document pickup and delivery locally or shipping options for clients across Texas and the U.S.
